Getting ready for SRC...

...I have promos at the local elementary schools, the kickoff to organize, and decorating the branch! I can't believe it is getting so close!

Reflecting on Web 2.0...

...this was a great training package. I learned alot. I got a little bogged down after the first 7 or so and took a long break. Now I am finished and I will email the HQ people that I am done.

I might have learned much of this on my own but it would not have been in as much depth.

Wikis...

...I have been using wikis quite a bit with the LRP taskforce and it works very well. I haven't been invited to post but I have been reading them. I made a wiki for our branch but it is not being used. We have it just in case we need it...as long as I can remember the passwords!

Looking at de.cil.co.us

or whatever it is. I can see this helping with having our bookmarks on it for the info desk but I wish it was a little more friendly. I haven't made a page. I didn't want to download the software. I will look at it again another time.

And we have rain...where are the pillgrims? LRP is done - budget should be here within the month. Lots of speculation in the branch.
